Can Two year old baby eat tough food?
Parents should add more types of food to their baby's menu for getting their child to adjust to more types of food when their baby reaches two years old; however, baby's chewing ability is still quite weak at age of two, since they may just grow their deciduous teeth. Due to the fact that a child's chewing efficiency can only reaches 40% of a normal adult's at age of 6 and reaches 75% at age of 10; thus, parents should cut up meat and vegetables into very small pieces to make it easy for baby to chew when they cook meals for their child. Many parents may comprehend growing tooth as the signal to feed their baby adult's food (especially large-pieces and tough food), since they misunderstand that chewing tough food can train their baby's chewing ability; however, they usually end up with opposite result.
